Tracey's Going Away Party

Event Photos - Event Synopsis

Tracey's going away party was an interesting affair. It was one of those nights where I have woken the next morning, and been totally embarassed by the complete fool I made of myself the night before. It was held at Friday's Nightclub down near Riverside in Brisbane. At first it was just me, Courtney, Tracey and a whole heap of Tracey's friends I didn't know or were particularly interested in. Luckily Bek arrived shortly, and we knew one more person. Tracey liked her present from what I could tell (a Barbie Doll as Courtney and Tracey used to play baries a lot as kids; a picture frame and the photos from the night printed and sent to her), it definately made her laugh. Early on in the night a girl, quite obviously drunk was dancing... well... 'sexily'. Also known as like a skank. A group of business men  in suits took obvious interest in her, and she was soon dancing on their table top rubbing her hands all over her body and she danced like a stripper and was constantly revealing herself as she lifted her top while slowly rubbing her hands up her sides. As you may be able to tell I was playing close attention. She was quite hot. A few mintues later one of her friends jumped onto the table with her and some psuedo-lesbian acts were occuring, mostly dirty dancing with each other. With this going on I quickly messeged Yongas to get down to Friday's quickly, as he was at Uni, or out with uni friends or something and was planning on heading in at some stage. There was much cheering from the crowd and the odd "take it off" (which you may find was yelled by me, to which I got a lecture from a bunch of Christian conservatives who were Tracey's friends... and a little by Tracey but mostly she couldn't understand why I would find that sort of thing interesting). Unfortunately I jinxed myself and a security guard asked them to get down and was going to escort them from the premises... that was until they started giving him a standing lap dance. Then he stood back and let them have their fun. Thinking there's no way this can be ruined now, I was sadly mistaken as the cool girls' boring sober frigid friend came up and hurried them out of the club, much to their obvious dislike as they fought their way off her a few times. Yongas turned up shortly after.... obviously disspointed (or maybe not caring at all I can't remember).

Rohan, Tenielle, and Paul turned up shortly after this. By this stage I was truly gooone. Off my man tits, drunk. My comments were lude and my jokes were insulting. I spent the greater majority of the night attempting to freak out Paul by pretending to come on to him, something which I thought would be a great idea for reasons that make sense only in that muddled logic of drunkeness. At one stage he was sitting on the very edge of a chair so I came up and sat on the other chair and said "Fuck me in the arse and call me charlie" or something else along those lines. His response was one of surprise and confusion ("What the fuck are you doing man?"). I was also making fun of Rohan but unfortunately he didn't hear any of my comments about how I was drunk enough to be under the table rohan style (a habit he used to indulge in a few times while drunk) which I then pointed at Rohan and laughed. I also tried to convince Bek that Yongas was a good catch and I think my comments were far from subtle. By this stage Tracey left because she had to get up early to get the plane in the morning, and we all tried to wish her goodbye thought I doubt mine came out as more than "goodbye *mumble* have time *groan mumble* *slur* no watch AFL *slurred mumbling and such like*. Courtney decided she wanted to go home (as she always does while drunk) and quickly got to her feet and walked quickly away from the table... I assumed to leave. After following her through the darkness and several doors I found myself a little dazed and confused standing in a bright large open white'ish room, with tiles and mirrors everywhere. My confusion must have been obvious to the cleaner who was in their as he loudly informed me that "mate this is the female toilets". Faaaantastic. I beat a hasty retreat and returned to the tables from whence I came to await Courtney's return. I convinced her to stay till the last bus as it was onyl an extra half an hour (and luckily till the bus came I was comparatively quiet).

The next morning I could help but feel like such an arse for the way I acted towards Paul.... but I was drunk so it didn't bother me much... I just stayed off grog for awhile (maybe a month)...

Goodtimes!
